Return & Exchange Policy

At THE NOTE HOUSE PERFUME CO., we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

All Sales Are Final on Opened Items

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened, used, or tested.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Exchanges

If eligible, we are happy to exchange your item for the same fragrance or another product of equal value, subject to availability. Price differences may apply.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Sale or clearance items
